The area of alcohol duty, moving alcohol within the bonded warehouse system and selling to other businesses is complex. HMRC are concerned about fraud in this area and have strict regulations which must be adhered to in order to operate in this industry. We have experience in obtaining WOWGR 's which allows alcohol to be distributed without paying the Duty or VAT in advance and AWRS ( Alcohol Warehouse Registration Scheme) permissions.
