Business plans
In order to assist with obtaining bank funding or funding from private investors companies will require to structure an explanatory business plan. This will include both narrative and financial information. The business plan needs to clearly demonstrate why the funds are required, what the funds are to be used for, how funders can expect a return on their investment and ultimately be repaid. RAL can assist with both the financial and narrative elements of a business plan.

Ownership / share structures
Many businesses commence operation without thinking about the ownership structure at the outset. After a period of operation, the owners may conclude that the initial structure is not sustainable one. It is important to take early advice on ownership structures so that they can be set up to meet the demands and objectives of the owners.

Due Diligence
When businesses want to acquire additional businesses or sell a business a due diligence exercise will be carried  by the acquirer. This covers accountancy , taxation, legal corporate and operational aspects of the target business, and assists the acquirer on making a proper evaluation of the business, its value and associated risks being taken on. We have experience in assisting with the preparation of due diligence in all aspects of accounting and taxation
